Clairvoyance Is An Ancient Science

The benefits of clairvoyance are positive; however, you do need to practice shielding yourself from negative vibrations.

Eliminate negative energies from your life: If there is anything in your home which you perceive is filled with negative energy, get rid of it in order to allow more positive energy in. Cleanse your home of these energies by burning all of the things which carry negative energy with them.

You can begin practicing some of these simple ideas when you are ready to develop your clairvoyance.

Meditation is also a powerful stress reliever, so it can help clear all of the worries and irrelevant thoughts which can make it difficult to develop clairvoyance. Regular daily meditation will make you feel at peace and facilitate the development of psychic abilities, especially if practiced in conjunction with deep breathing.

Meditate quietly daily for at least thirty minutes. Carve out a little quiet time just for you. You can do this anywhere you please, whether at home alone, in your vehicle, at the park or even your back yard. It does not matter where you may do it as long as you take the time to do so. For example, you can clear your mind while taking a walk. Sometimes the hardships of life can cause negative thoughts to buildup. What you need to do is take the time to relax, breathe deeply and think.

Learn some deep breathing techniques and use these to deepen your state of relaxation and help to open your mind in the right way. The more frequently you open your subconscious mind during a period of deep relaxation, the easier you’ll find it to get to the same state again and again.

Be sure you listen to your feelings and your instincts and take notice of first impressions of everything around you. Don’t just accept that something doesn’t feel quite right, but analyze what feelings you associated with the experience. You’ll soon understand that your own clairvoyance is giving you signals when you meet people or buy things or go places.

It’s important you don’t doubt what you’re experiencing. If your self-esteem is low then you’ll find it very difficult to trust the instinctual responses you experience. Work on improving your confidence levels and trust in your own abilities to give you the right responses. Children have uncanny senses and can often show great insight and even clairvoyant abilities simply because they don’t have the same burdens and rigid preconceptions as adults. If they see something isn’t right, they’ll express those feelings immediately.

Allow your feelings and instincts to lead you. Children express more clairvoyant abilities than do adults do since they earnestly trust their instincts and feelings, because they are more carefree. When a child senses something is not right they do not hold back they simply express their feelings. Learn to let go of any type of rigid or negative personal characteristics. Allow your instinct and feelings to be your guide.

Remember everyone has clairvoyant and other psychic powers. Scientists believe everyone has extra sensory powers, yet as the centuries have come and gone these wonderful powers became subdued. However, you can reactivate your dormant psychic powers with the right training and mindset.

You can do various things to develop your clairvoyance. You may like to try such things as positive affirmations and self-hypnosis sessions. These things can help you learn to communicate with your subconscious mind. You will notice a big difference in the way you feel and sense things around you, once your subconscious mind grasps the idea that it is all right for your dormant clairvoyant powers to surface.

Hopefully you understand now that anyone is able to develop clairvoyance abilities. Simply work on reducing your exposure to negative influences and trust in your own instincts. Learn to open your sub-conscious mind to the possibilities that await you there and you’ll be surprised at just how much you can expand and grow!
