Learn The Practise Of Remote Viewing Training

Remote viewing is actually a psychic ability, and it lets you see people, places and objects not within your normal realm of five senses. In other words, you can’t see them by natural means, but you can use your own psychic ability, which is innate, by the way, to perceive things without having to actually directly experience them.

Some people may get remote viewing mixed up with out-of-body experiences. That, however, is astral travel, and involves traveling in some non-bodily form to a place or an event, although you would still not be there physically. Remote viewing has nothing to do with traveling. Someone who has undergone remote viewing training is actually using ESP of a certain type.

Remote viewing is a form of psychic dowsing, where the viewer is using psychic power to seek out whatever he wants to find. Someone who has undergone remote viewing training uses a form of ESP to locate that which he seeks.

Everyone is psychic, by the way. Most of us just don’t develop this power fully when we’re young. And because most of us only use 10% of our brains’ capacity, you have to realize that we have another 90% of brainpower that is dormant and left untapped and untrained that we’re not using and don’t know what to do with.

Remote viewing is a unique form of the psychic abilities in that you don’t have to have great psychic gifts in order to cultivate it. Researchers have found that a lot of non-psychic people have been able to demonstrate that, once they know how to enter the right state of mind for remote viewing, they can remotely view with great results.

What makes remote viewing different to other forms of psychic abilities is that anyone can learn how to do it. Studies on many non-psychic people have shown that once these people had been taught to enter into a sufficient trance-like state, they were able to engage in remote viewing with high levels of accuracy.

Try these simple remote viewing training techniques for yourself:

1. Sit comfortably in a quiet place and close your eyes. You should be sure there are no distractions before you begin.

2. Relax and breathe deeply through your nose. You will find your breathing may be easier to control if you press your tongue lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also curb your tendency to yawn during this phase.

4. Start off by choosing an easy target to prove to yourself that, yes, you can get accurate results. A very effective way to train yourself is to start viewing yourself from a perspective so that you are looking at yourself from outside of where you sit in the physical sense. Now this will likely not be easy to start with as you educate your conscious mind in it being okay to view yourself from a different perspective, so just be patient. The day will come when you have the joyful surprise of literally seeing yourself from beyond yourself!

4. Your remote viewing training can begin with you choosing a simple target to show your mind that you are capable of achieving this kind of psychic seeking. Perhaps begin by viewing yourself from a place in front of you, as though you were looking back at your relaxed body as you sit there through a mirror. It can be a little difficult at first to allow your mind to view yourself from an opposite perspective, but be patient. When you do see yourself from the angle that others see you, you’ll be in for a wonderful surprise.

You can change around these remote viewing practice times to involve two people, so that you will each have some objective measure of your actions much sooner. So, to do this, get your friend to sit in some other part of the house where you can’t see or hear him at all, and have him do something over and over again. It might be tugging on his ear or picking up and putting down the same object. You are trying to see if you can perceive what you friend is doing in that remote room. Then, once you think you may have done it, contact her to see just how correct you were.

You can amend these remote viewing training exercises and include two people instead of just yourself so that results and feedback will come to you much more quickly. Instead of viewing people or places you want to see, simply have a friend sit in another room, out of your line of sight, and repeat a simple movement like pulling his or her hair or waving a hand. When you do your remote viewing exercises, try to see what your friend is doing and then compare notes after the exercise to see what the results were.

Once you’ve spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they’re under hypnosis. Even though they’re still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.

We can much more easily access our psychic abilities of our subconscious minds, so the more you practice these techniques in remote viewing training, the more expert you’ll become.
